- Insurance & Financial Details: Health insurance policy numbers, TPA member IDs, billing transactions, and payment modes.
3. How We Use & Share Information
Your clinical records are accessed solely by treating physicians, authorized nurses, surgeons, and laboratory personnel involved in your care. Information is shared externally only in the following defined circumstances:
- With your health insurance company or TPA for pre-authorization and cashless settlement of hospital bills with your explicit consent.
- When required by statutory health authorities, government notifications, or court orders in compliance with Indian law.
- For referral consultations to external specialist super-speciality centers upon patient or family authorization.
4. Electronic Health Record (EHR) Security
Our electronic hospital management system utilizes encrypted servers, strict role-based access permissions, and periodic cybersecurity audits to safeguard patient data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
5. Patient Access to Records
Patients or their legally authorized representatives have the right to request official copies of discharge summaries, lab reports, and medical case records through our Medical Records Department (MRD) during hospital working hours.
